Project delays caused by missing client inputs may extend delivery schedules.

Both parties agree to protect confidential business information exchanged during projects.

- Social media growth
- Revenue increases
- Compatibility with every third-party platform
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognidigit Technologies shall not be liable for:

- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Consequential damages
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Projects may integrate services from providers such as:

- Twilio
- Stripe
- Razorpay
Availability and functionality depend on those providers' services and terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts having jurisdiction over Cognidigit Technologies' principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
