Senior PHP Developer

We're looking for a senior PHP developer to join our engineering team building custom CRM, ERP, and business platform software for clients across healthcare, retail, real estate, and more. You'll work directly on client architecture decisions, not just implementation tickets.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom PHP/MySQL applications from architecture through deployment
• Review requirements directly with clients alongside the delivery lead to shape technical approach
• Write secure, maintainable code following our internal standards (PSR-12, parameterized queries, no framework shortcuts)
• Mentor junior developers on the team and review their code

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years professional PHP development experience
• Strong MySQL schema design and query optimization skills
• Experience building systems without a heavy framework (or willingness to work that way)
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients on technical trade-offs
